Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy treatment according to individualized care plans to improve patient mobility and functional independence. Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and hold a current Michigan PTA license. Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is preferred but not required.
