Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Technician supports the therapeutic milieu by ensuring the program schedule is delivered and patients are properly supervised. They are responsible for maintaining a safe environment while treating patients and guests with respect and dignity.
Requirements
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and obtain CPR and de-escalation certification within 30 days of hire. One year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting is preferred.
