Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized music therapy interventions to hospice patients to support their emotional, physical, and spiritual comfort. Document sessions, maintain HIPAA compliance, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure quality care.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree in music therapy from an accredited program and professional certification such as MT-BC. Candidates must be able to pass background checks, consumer reports, and drug testing.
