Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct care, supervision, and mentorship to youth, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include implementing daily routines, de-escalating crisis situations, documenting behaviors, and assisting with campus maintenance and medication administration.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age. Applicants are required to pass background checks, drug screens, and physical exams, and must possess a valid driver's license.
