Part-time Staff Pharmacist| Phoenix, AZ
Full-Time Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM & Rotating Saturday 10AM - 2PM 100% Employee-Owned
Neighborhood is now hiring a Part-time Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.
Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.
- The Day-to-Day
- Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs
- Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other healthcare providers
- Complete accurate pharmacy data entry
- Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns
- Administer a variety of injections
- Participate in medication review committees as needed
- Work alongside pharmacists and technicians to keep medications accurate and on time

Requirements
- The Must-Haves
- PharmD degree
- Active Arizona pharmacist license, or ability to obtain before starting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

The pharmacist will verify medication packaging, perform data entry, and review medication therapies for patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They will also administer injections and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely medication delivery.
