About the Role
Join Heartland Family Service as a Therapist II - Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center (on call) in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts a crisis focused assessment within 30 minutes of the initial request and documentation to be completed within 24 hours of crisis call.
- Establishes an intervention plan, with client participation, which specifies immediate treatment needs and follow
- Provides referrals to clients, including a direct referral to the Crisis Center’s case management program.
- Ability to handle complex cases.
Requirements
- Educational requirements are very specific.
- Decision making, problem solving, and highly developed interpersonal skills are critical.
- This position will work specifically, in a telehealth capacity.
- The individual will have the ability to sign up for weekday evenings/overnights and weekends according to their availability.

- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Two years or more experience
- Nebraska licensed required
- LMHC or LISW required Essential Duties and Responsibilities
