Key Responsibilities

The consultant coordinates and supports mental health care within a primary care team, facilitating communication between providers and patients. They provide brief evidence-based counseling and monitor treatment progress to ensure effective patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work, or a Doctoral degree in Psychology, along with an active LCSW-C, LCPC, or Psy.D. license. Previous experience in behavioral health, including screening for mental health and substance use disorders, is required.
