The therapist provides psychosocial assessments and psychological interventions to PACE participants while coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team. They also conduct consultations regarding behavioral health issues and may provide clinical supervision to license-seeking staff.
Candidates must hold a Master's in Social Work and be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the California Board of Behavioral Science. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with elderly, disabled, or mental health populations is required, along with a valid BLS certification.
