The Clinical Therapist will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate group therapy sessions within an inpatient behavioral health setting. They are also responsible for managing a clinical caseload, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and recovery.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field and possess a valid LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, or LPC license. A minimum of three years of related experience working with a comparative patient population is required.
