Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist will lead prospective clinical review activities for specialty medications and infusions to optimize utilization, affordability, and quality outcomes. They will also partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategic medication management initiatives and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, possess a current California pharmacist license, and have completed a PGY1 residency with at least one year of experience or three years of relevant pharmacy experience. Proficiency in clinical therapeutics for specialty drugs and the ability to build collaborative partnerships across a matrixed organization are essential.
