Healthcare United is seeking a Lead Primary Care Physician to join an established healthcare organization in Dayton, Ohio. This is a full-time outpatient primary care opportunity with a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• The Lead PCP will provide care for an assigned patient panel while helping support clinical staff, providers, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Provide primary care for an assigned patient panel.

• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Support preventive care, wellness visits, and follow-up care.

Requirements

• MD or DO.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care-related specialty.

• Active Ohio medical license or ability to obtain.

• Primary care experience required.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $300K+
