Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Opportunity
Skywood Recovery, opened in April, 2016, is located in Augusta, Michigan - just minutes from Kalamazoo. Skywood serves a diverse adult patient population, age 18 and over.
Opportunity Details
- Full Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Duties include: care of assigned mental health and detox patients, psychiatric evaluations on new patients, history and physicals
- Call rotation once every 6 weeks
- Average case load 15 patients per day.

Key Responsibilities
The provider will manage assigned mental health and detox patients, including conducting psychiatric evaluations and performing history and physical examinations. Responsibilities also include participating in a call rotation once every six weeks while maintaining an average caseload of 15 patients per day.
Requirements
The position requires a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in a residential treatment setting. Candidates must be capable of providing comprehensive care for patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
