Key Responsibilities

The pediatrician will provide professional medical services, manage patient population health, and lead the patient-centered medical home care team. They are also responsible for supervising medical support staff and participating in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

The candidate must maintain professional medical standards and participate in ongoing Continuing Medical Education programs. They are expected to manage patient panels, complete documentation in a timely manner, and serve as a preceptor for clinical students.
