Job Description
Join an established oral surgery team serving Tupelo, Corinth, Southaven, and Oxford. With a broad clinical scope, four offices across the region, and experienced surgeons and surgical staff, this is a place to build meaningful relationships with patients and referring dentists while growing alongside a collaborative team.
Whether you’re an experienced surgeon or nearing the end of residency, you’ll have room to contribute, access mentorship and peer support, and build a long-term career with a clear path to partnership.
A Thoughtful Patient Experience
The practice emphasizes personalized, compassionate care and clear guidance from the first visit through recovery. Patients are welcomed by a team focused on helping them feel informed, comfortable, and cared for at each step.
Clinical depth, with colleagues beside you
An established surgical team: Work alongside board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons and experienced clinical staff across a four-location practice.
A broad practice-wide scope: Treat patients across dental implants, bone grafting, wisdom and impacted teeth, oral pathology, jaw surgery, facial trauma, TMJ concerns, and cosmetic procedures.
Support for office-based surgery: Practice with experienced oral surgery assistants, registered nurse support, and clinical staff trained in IV sedation and outpatient general anesthesia.
Mentorship and peer support: Newer surgeons can access mentorship and experienced colleagues as they settle into the practice and grow in their role.
A path to partnership: Join a majority doctor-owned organization, where doctors can pursue partnership and equity early in their career.
Life in North Mississippi
Oxford’s college-town energy: Enjoy the University of Mississippi, Ole Miss sports, the historic Square, local dining, arts, live music, and nightlife.
Tupelo’s music and family fun: Find live music, festivals, downtown restaurants, Elvis history, and family attractions, including the Tupelo Buffalo Park and Zoo.
Southaven with Memphis close by: Settle into a suburban community with local parks and family activities, while Memphis adds a larger-city mix of food, music, sports, and entertainment.
Corinth’s history and hometown feel: Explore a distinctive historic downtown, museums, local restaurants, shopping, and the stories that shaped the region.
Easy access to the outdoors: Spend weekends on trails, at state parks, or near North Mississippi lakes for fishing, boating, camping, and time outside.
