The Occupational Therapist will craft and implement personalized, evidence-based care plans to maximize patient function in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive realms. They will deliver person-centered care to patients in a rehabilitation setting to help them achieve therapy goals and improve their quality of life.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold or be in the process of obtaining state licensure. Experience in post-acute care is preferred, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
