Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will develop and implement personalized care plans using evidence-based clinical programs to maximize patient function. They will provide person-centered care to seniors to help them achieve therapy goals and improve their quality of life.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold or be in the process of obtaining state licensure. Experience in post-acute care is preferred, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
