Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Manager coordinates clinical activities, patient care planning, and quality improvement initiatives within the Wound Care Center. They also provide clinical oversight to staff and collaborate with leadership to meet program objectives and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least one year of RN experience is required, along with current BLS certification and strong leadership and organizational skills.
