Job Requirements
- Board: BC in Neonatology
- Licenses: Active FL License
Experience: Recent clinical experience required; minimum 6 months experience in specialty; must have been clinically active within 1 year.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for neonates in a Level III NICU.
- Perform rounding and take call for 24-hour shifts.
- Collaborate with in-house NNPs for 24/7 coverage.
- Manage an average census of 19 patients with approximately 2,700 annual deliveries.
- Utilize full subspecialty support and transport team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical care for neonates within a Level III NICU setting. Perform 24-hour rounding and take call shifts while collaborating with in-house NNPs.
Requirements
Must be Board Certified in Neonatology with an active Florida medical license. Requires recent clinical experience and must have been clinically active within the last year.
