Key Responsibilities
The Primary Therapist will lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement evidence-based treatment plans. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and coordinating with families to ensure alignment on recovery goals.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a master’s degree in a behavioral health field and possess an active, good-standing license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in Virginia. A minimum of 3 years of experience in detox, residential, or outpatient settings is preferred.
