Key Responsibilities
The Psychiatric APRN will provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management services to adult clients with behavioral health issues. They will collaborate with the medical director and other clinicians to formulate treatment plans, prescribe medications, and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health records system.
Requirements
Candidates must be a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification and a valid Florida DEA number. Expert knowledge in prescribing psychotropic medications and proficiency in electronic health record systems are required.
