Join Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region as a Nurse Practitioner – 4-Day Week, Loan Repayment in Rutland, Vermont. POSITION SUMMARY: Community Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work at our Rutland, Castleton and Brandon clinics. Candidates are expected to be knowledgeable and skilled in the delivery of primary care.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtains complete medical history and physical examination on patients.

• Reviews medical records.

• Interprets and integrates data to determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

• Establishes presumptive diagnosis.

Requirements

• 5 years Primary Care Practice Experience.

• Graduate of an accredited Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.

• Licensed for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Vermont.

• Strong inpatient skill set.
