Position Summary

The Radiologic Technologist performs a full range of diagnostic imaging
examinations in accordance with established departmental guidelines. This role
utilizes fixed imaging equipment, portable radiography, and fluoroscopic systems
to support, trauma imaging, operating room cases, and routine diagnostic exams.
The Radiologic Technologist functions as a clinical role model and resource
within the hospital, demonstrating the ability to work effectively both
independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

* Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable,
and fluoroscopic imaging equipment
* May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine
diagnostic studies
* Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with established
departmental policies and clinical guidelines
* Serve as a clinical resource and role model, working effectively both
independently and as part of the care team

Requirements

* Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging
program or equivalent
* Eligible to take ARRT registry or enrolled in an ARRT accredited program.
Must obtain ARRT RT(R) within 12 months of hire.
* Washington State license as X-Ray Technician (XT license) required.
* BLS Certification

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary,
medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by
various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for
candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $36.41 - $56.42 USD.
However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not
limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or
education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be
reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s
years of experience align.
