Key Responsibilities
The therapist performs psychosocial assessments, develops care plans, and provides individual and family treatment for mental and behavioral disorders. They work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and effective discharge planning.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and possess a current state licensure as an LCSW or LMFT. The role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to complete a 60-day credentialing process.
