About the Role

Join Northwest Specialty Hospital as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Team-Oriented in United States. Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a team-oriented Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our Case Management Team! The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is responsible for providing initial evaluations, individual, and group therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• will provide consultation services and suicide risk analysis to our patient population.

• Documentation and scheduling in electronic health record Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
