LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER - CASE MANAGEMENT

This position is based in Idaho.

Core responsibilities: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide initial mental health evaluations, individual and group therapy, and crisis intervention for patients. They are also responsible for care coordination, documentation in electronic health records, and providing consultation services.
