Pain Management Medical Director

Key Responsibilities

The Medical Director will provide clinical oversight and supervision for up to eight Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants delivering mobile and telemedicine pain management services. They are responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, reviewing patient documentation, and guiding providers on evidence-based pain management protocols.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active MD or DO license in New Mexico and be board certified or eligible in a relevant specialty such as Pain Management or Anesthesiology. An active DEA registration and experience in supervising mid-level providers or telemedicine services are required.
