Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist evaluates clients to establish and implement individualized plans of care focused on adaptive, sensory, and motor development. They also maintain clinical documentation, supervise COTA staff, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve functional outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and be licensed to practice in Massachusetts. Experience working with children aged 2-21 and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting children are required.
