We are seeking a Specialty Periodontal Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team of highly skilled Periodontists dedicated to providing advanced surgical and non-surgical periodontal treatment. Our specialists receive referrals from dental providers throughout the state, allowing us to serve patients with a wide range of periodontal needs and complex treatment plans.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive periodontal assessments
• Deliver Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) therapy with quadrant-based care
• Perform periodontal maintenance therapy
• Monitor disease progression and treatment outcomes
• Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections
• Collaborate directly with Periodontists on treatment planning and case management
• Support surgical cases through ongoing maintenance and patient education
• Utilize laser therapy as part of periodontal treatment protocols (for certified providers)
• Build long-term relationships with patients committed to improving their periodontal health
