Program Physician– Home-Based Pulmonary Rehab (0.8 FTE)

Key Responsibilities

The Program Physician will provide clinical oversight and physician services for a virtual pulmonary rehabilitation program, including conducting intake assessments and establishing patient care plans. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in a relevant medical specialty such as Internal Medicine or Pulmonology. A current, active, and unrestricted medical license is required, along with clinical experience in managing patients with pulmonary disease.
