Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing patient functional status, activities of daily living, and fine motor coordination to develop and implement effective therapy plans. They coordinate with the healthcare team and physicians to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment based on clinical observations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice and possess a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle. Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks independently in a home health setting.
