Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing medically prescribed therapy programs to restore patient function and prevent disability. They also manage patient care, supervise COTA staff, and maintain clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program, possess an active unrestricted Texas license, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in EMR systems, strong communication skills, and current CPR certification are also required.
