Occupational Therapist (Virtual OT)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Virtual Occupational Therapist (OT) with pediatric experience to join a reputable school district in Redmond, Washington.

This is an excellent remote opportunity to expand your occupational therapy expertise while supporting students with diverse physical and developmental needs. In this role, you will provide virtual occupational therapy services that help students participate more fully in school-based activities. You will work closely with the IEP team, teachers, families, and on-site staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual occupational therapy assessments to identify students' functional needs and establish appropriate therapy goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals through virtual therapy sessions.

• Monitor student progress regularly and adjust therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence.

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP team members to support students' participation in school-based activities.
• Perform all responsibilities with professionalism, care, and a student-centered mindset

• Document evaluations, therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans in accordance with school and state requirements.

Requirements

• Active state license as an Occupational Therapist

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• At least 6 months of relevant OT experience within the past 5 years
