Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates rehabilitation, psycho-educational, and support groups.
- Serves as the chosen Rehabilitation Clinician as chosen by the consumer.
- Participates in the development of the ISSP and conduct ongoing periodic reviews, meeting with the consumer, family and/or other network members.
- Completes all documentation necessary for good clinical care and accurate billing. One hundred percent compliance is expected.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) certification in the District of Columbia and are required to have an Associate's degree in a health or human services field, with a Bachelor's degree being preferred.
