About the Role

Join Community Connections, Inc. as a Certified Addiction Counselor – $53.6K-$80.4K in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitates rehabilitation, psycho

educational, and support groups.

Serves as the chosen Rehabilitation Clinician as chosen by the consumer.

Participates in the development of the ISSP and conduct ongoing periodic reviews, meeting with the consumer, family and/or other network members.
