Manage health problems and coordinate care for oncology and hematology patients in alignment with regulatory standards. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to manage clinical care.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with current licensure. Requires reliable transportation for travel to multiple locations and at least one year of experience in oncology or hematology is preferred.
