Job Description
HealthPartners is looking for a BC/BE Nephrologist to join our team. Being a
part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients
receive every day.
As a HealthPartners Nephrologist, you will be part of the largest
multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. This full-time opportunity
provides outpatient, inpatient and dialysis care management for a diverse
population. The clinician will be primarily based at Methodist Hospital and the
Park Nicollet Clinic, located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, and perform one day
of outreach weekly. Overall responsibilities include clinic, dialysis, call and
hospital duties. Required call is about 1:7.

Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient, inpatient, and dialysis care management for a diverse patient population. Responsibilities include managing clinic duties, dialysis, hospital duties, and a 1:7 call rotation.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology. The role requires the ability to perform outreach and work across multiple clinical sites.
