Job Description

Join an established endodontic practice serving Birmingham and the surrounding metro area. The team focuses on relieving pain, preserving natural teeth, and helping patients feel listened to and informed. Private treatment areas, advanced technology, and a welcoming atmosphere shape the patient experience.

Whether you are an experienced Endodontist or nearing the end of residency, you can contribute to an established specialty practice, build relationships with local referring dentists, and grow with mentorship and peer support. Bring your clinical perspective to a team that values personalized care, with an early path to partnership for eligible doctors.

Thoughtful care, grounded in precision

The practice takes time to understand each patient’s needs and concerns, then develops a treatment plan centered on comfort and long-term oral health. Clear communication and patient education are part of the care, helping people feel supported from the first visit through recovery.

The clinical environment includes cone beam CT imaging and laser irrigation to support diagnostic detail and treatment planning. The practice’s core services include root canal therapy and endodontic retreatment, with private treatment areas designed for a calm, personalized experience.

A Strong Clinical Foundation

Focused care: Provide root canal therapy and retreatment with the goal of relieving pain and helping patients keep their natural teeth.

Technology for clinical detail: Use CBCT imaging and laser irrigation to support diagnosis and careful treatment planning.

A patient experience built on listening: Work with a team that prioritizes personalized treatment plans, clear explanations, and patient comfort in private treatment areas.

Mentorship, autonomy, and support: Residents nearing completion can access mentorship and experienced peers, while doctors practice with clinical autonomy and operational support.

Life in Birmingham and Hoover

City energy when you want it: Explore Birmingham’s restaurants, live music, museums, sports, breweries, and downtown nightlife.

Room to get outside: Find trails and parks nearby, or spend a day at Oak Mountain State Park with hiking, biking, lake activities, and nature programs.

Family-friendly weekends: Choose from the McWane Science Center, Birmingham Zoo, Botanical Gardens, parks, and community events.

Different ways to feel at home: The greater Birmingham area offers a range of settings, from lively city neighborhoods to Hoover and other nearby communities with parks, shopping, and recreation.

A connected metro area: Enjoy the amenities of Birmingham alongside Hoover’s local restaurants, retail, sports, and outdoor opportunities.
