Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.

The Physical Therapist will plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients based on physical therapy principles. They are responsible for providing exceptional patient care while working in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current California Physical Therapy License and a current BLS CPR certification. The role requires the ability to perform heavy physical tasks, including lifting and transferring patients.
