Key Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for assessing, delivering, and evaluating speech therapy services to patients in their homes according to physician plans. They must also collaborate with the care team to update patient plans and ensure compliance with all agency and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and possess a current state license. One year of clinical experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
