Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will manage a caseload of clients, providing clinical decision-making, treatment planning, and data analysis. They will also provide support to RBTs and collaborate closely with families to deliver high-quality behavioral services.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field and possess a current BCBA certification or have the exam scheduled. Additionally, candidates must be able to provide services in person and hold or be eligible for NC BCBA licensure.
