Key Responsibilities
The Team Lead establishes, administers, and directs the program for the Forensic or Assertive Community Treatment Team, which provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to clients with severe and persistent mental health illnesses. This role also involves supervising and evaluating the multidisciplinary team while functioning as a practicing clinician.
Licensure & Certifications
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology, along with 2-3 years of post-Master's experience working with the severely mentally ill population. A required license, either LCSW or LPC, is mandatory, and supervisory or program management experience is strongly preferred.
