Requirements
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology required.
- 2-3 years post Master's experience working with the severely mentally ill population required.
- Supervisory / program management experience strongly preferred!
- Good organizational skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities
The Team Lead directs and administers programs for Forensic or Assertive Community Treatment teams providing services to clients with severe mental illnesses. They supervise a multidisciplinary team while continuing to function as a practicing clinician.
Licensure & Certifications
Candidates must have a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology and be a licensed LCSW or LPC. At least 2-3 years of post-Master's experience with severely mentally ill populations is required.
