This physician will join Community Physician Network, a multi-specialty group with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. Community Physician Network is currently seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our busy outpatient practice in Fishers, Indiana (116th Street and Lantern Road).
· Outpatient only
· Shared call schedule
· EPIC EMR
· Established, busy practice in a highly desirable location
· Large, collegial practice of 7 physicians and 2 APPs
Licensure & Certifications
· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
· Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

Key Responsibilities
The physician will provide outpatient internal medicine care as part of a busy, established multi-specialty group. Responsibilities include participating in a shared call schedule and collaborating with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. A valid medical license in Indiana or eligibility for such licensure is required.
