This provider will deliver comprehensive, affirming primary and specialty care — including family medicine, gender-affirming care, HIV care, and reproductive health services — to a diverse patient population across Washington State, via both in-person and telehealth visits.
Physicians in this role may also provide clinical oversight and mentorship to advanced practice providers. This role is well suited to a clinician who is passionate about health equity and building trust with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and other historically underserved communities.

Provide reproductive health services, including contraception counseling and management, pregnancy care, and abortion care (excluding deliveries and C-sections)
- Conduct patient visits both in person at our Lynnwood office and via virtual/telehealth appointments
- For MD/DO applicants: provide clinical oversight, consultation, and mentorship to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (Elation EMR)
- Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Stay current on evidence-based guidelines for gender-affirming, HIV, and reproductive care
