The Registered Pharmacist provides prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service while filling and/or verifying prescriptions and counseling patients according to all state and federal regulations. Responsibilities also include assisting with pharmacy inventory, including controlled substances, and participating in marketing services to the community.
Candidates must possess a college degree and current licensure in pharmacy, along with six months to a year of related work experience, and maintain continuing education. Essential abilities include logical problem-solving, performing arithmetic calculations, and effective communication and counseling skills.
