About the Role
Join JSSA as a Hospice Nurse Practitioner – On-Call Rotation in United States. Nurse Practitioner General Overview: The Nurse Practitioner is directly reporting to the Hospice Medical Director for clinical and administrative duties. Clinical assignments are performed with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical assignments are performed with minimal supervision.
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams, evaluate eligibility for hospice, and monitor for disease progression and symptom changes.
- Develop, implement, and update personalized care plans, focusing on comfort and aligning with patient/family goals.
- Prescribe medications and therapies, manage side effects, and also provide non-pharmacological interventions for symptom relief.
