About the Role

Join JSSA as a Hospice Nurse Practitioner – On-Call Rotation in United States. Nurse Practitioner General Overview: The Nurse Practitioner is directly reporting to the Hospice Medical Director for clinical and administrative duties. Clinical assignments are performed with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical assignments are performed with minimal supervision.

Conduct comprehensive physical exams, evaluate eligibility for hospice, and monitor for disease progression and symptom changes.

Develop, implement, and update personalized care plans, focusing on comfort and aligning with patient/family goals.

Prescribe medications and therapies, manage side effects, and also provide non-pharmacological interventions for symptom relief.
