Physical Therapist II

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist II is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to restore patient function and reduce pain. They must also maintain accurate documentation, supervise supportive staff, and participate in performance improvement and educational initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in physical therapy from an approved APTA school and possess a valid license to practice. CPR certification is required, and one year of outpatient experience is preferred.
