Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist develops and implements clinical pharmacy services while participating in multidisciplinary rounds to optimize drug therapy for critical care patients. They also provide drug information, conduct medication use evaluations, and mentor pharmacy staff and students.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a current Arizona Pharmacist license, with experience in a pharmacy practice residency or equivalent clinical setting. A Doctor of Pharmacy degree and critical care residency experience are preferred.
