Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care including preventive care, acute visits, chronic disease management, and family planning
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation
- Prepare billing charges and complete clinical tasks in accordance with organizational policies
- Make appropriate referrals for diagnostic testing, specialty care, treatment, and follow up services
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Completion of required postgraduate clinical training as accepted by the applicable state licensing authority
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted Florida medical license
