The Mental Health Associate provides direct care to individual and group psychiatric patients in a collaborative role with Registered Professional Nurses. They support the clinical team in delivering outstanding patient care within the Psychiatry Care Center.
Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent and completion of a Basic Medical Assistant’s Skills Training program. Prior healthcare experience in a psychiatric setting and current Heart Saver or BCLS certification are preferred.
