• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services to clients
• Apply clinical expertise and professional competence in the assessment, intervention, consultation, case management, discharge planning, education, and follow-up of clients
• Excel in a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team environment
• Exhibit sound professional judgment

What You Need to Be Successful

• A degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Occupational Therapists (NBAOT)
• At least 5 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• At least 1 year of experience in a mental health clinical role
• At least 2 years of experience providing return-to-work services (WCB, private insurance)
• Completion of at least one course with a Behavioural Activation component (CBT Level 1 or Action over Inertia)
• Completion of at least one course in trauma-focused exposure therapy (prolonged exposure or EMDR)
• Functional Capacity Evaluation Training – Matheson Certified as asset
• Passion for your profession and commitment to ongoing professional development
• Experience with return to work and interdisciplinary care
• Experience with chronic pain and concussion an asset
• The ability to work in both English and French is an asset
